UPDATE JUNE 14 & 15
Sunday was one of the better days this season with the morning trip being more productive then the afternoon. Both trips had action and several keepers. On the morning trip Teddy was hi-hook with 3 keeper fluke and Sabrina matched him on the afternoon trip with 3 keepers of her own. A bit of action on the morning trip when an angler hooked a beautiful 6 ft. sturgeon, it took a bit of maneuvering to get the fish near enough to the boat to release.

TO ALL OUR "REGULARS" wanted to let you know that one of your fellow regulars, John Neilson (retired NYC Transit) passed away Friday after being in a coma for a few days. He has been a familiar face for several years now, and Jake, Jeremy and I will miss him. He was a "good guy" and made many Dorothy B. fishing buddies.
Any fishing buddies who want to say their last "goodbye" to John may do so at the Evergreen Funeral home 1735 Route 35 , Middletown 07748 on Tuesday, June 16 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The service will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, 1 Phalanx Rd. Colts Neck, 07722. on Wednesday, June 17. Our prayers are with his wife, Nancy and his family during this difficult time.
John, you will be missed but always remembered.
